For many athletes that are having trouble finding a good technician skilled at proper positioning and fit in their region, or are simply not close to a dealer with a focus on triathlon or fitting, Softride Performance Services offers a solution. Performance Services is a new program offered through select Softride dealers and technicians that guarantees top notch certified fitting skills, excellent customer service and even the convenience of being fit at one's home or office if desired.

Performance Services dealers and technicians are required to complete advanced fit, positioning and technology training and own a complete selection of fitting and analysis tools before being certified and endorsed by the factory. Technicians will help people at their shops, or are willing to travel (often up to 3-4 hours away) with their tools and fleet of demonstration bikes to serve clients conveniently at their home of office.

Owning or buying a Softride is not required to use the service, which is currently available in a few regions of the country. Technicians are available to give free fit and technology presentations to teams and clubs as well; contact the technician in your region directly for more information and to make arrangements.
