The Du the Bear Duathlon has teamed up with sponsor Bicycle World and Fitness to host a bike demo day at the race site following the popular Houston-area duathlon.

The duathlon, which is set for Bear Creek Park on the west side of Houston, will kick off at 7:00 a.m. on October 7. The bike demo day will crank up at noon, following the completion of the event.

Participating manufacturers will include Litespeed, Giant, Colnago, Felt and Santa Cruz, who will be displaying tri bikes, road bikes, and mountain bikes. Also attending the event will be company reps from Enervite, Eload, and several other companies. Adding to the fun atmosphere will be a DJ, while Texas Land and Cattle will serve finger foods.
